The General Orders of the Colony
in Part IV have been revised to embody the Secretary of
State's decisions, and (in so far as the matters dealt with
have been within my competency) my rulings on various
points that have arisen since the last publication of the
List. The alterations have been separately promulgated in
the Circular of which I annex a copy.

The Record of the Public Service
of Officers which now forms Part V of the List has been
extended to include all but subordinates in receipt of
salaries
